Little Busters! Anime PV
With all these April Fool's Day jokes going around in Japan, I would've been a little skeptical or this before that announcement a few days ago.
Now all that's left is to... rejoice! I really hope this goes well, and from the looks of it the animation is pretty nice. Not quite sure if it's Kyoto Animation, but it retains a strikingly similar eye style. I wonder how they're going to handle the story this time around...

Material Sniper
Source |
Ah, Material Sniper. It's a little Japanese flash game about sniping down barrels, glass targets, and bombs. The main character is named "Iris" who is pictured above. The gameplay is excellent, and it retains a certain bit of realism with wind patterns changing and bullets not hitting a target automatically. It remains one of my favorite flash games. The sad part is... it was never completed by the developer. Such a big loss of great potential.
Anyways, play it at this link below and see what it's about. If you don't like the game, you can at least appreciate the nice and soothing music.

This video... is kind of hard to describe. All sorts of strange things going on. Very trippy, but somewhat catchy. Interesting indeed. And quite old too.

Idols in Yukatas; Ryo in a Swimsuit
Well then, turns out Ryo is introduced in the latest Gravure4You, instead of a new DLC. Interesting marketing scheme you got there Bandai Namco.
Now patiently waiting for Ryo to be in a Dazzling World for next DLC.

Little Busters! Anime announced!!
Well then... I almost gave up hope for this game. Almost. And now that it's announced, I'm in full fanboy mode. Got to go play Clannad now, since I promised to put that off until it was either 100% translated OR Little Busters gets an anime. Now that the latter is true, it's time for some tears to be shed.
This anime better be animated by Kyoto Animation...

Watashi-tachi wa Zutto... Deshou?
New DLC catalog for Idolm@ster 2 introduces the insert song from episode 25 "私たちはずっと...でしょう?" (Watashi-tachi wa Zutto... Deshou?). It also includes the outfit and that crazy tree stage from the episode.
Good thing there isn't too much included in this catalog, or else I would be even more tempted to get this game.

School on a Saturday
Well, not actual classes. Just a ridiculously long workshop on building a resume and a cover letter, and also developing good interview skills.
Otherwise, nothing special happened today.

"CINDERELLA MASTER" Voice Actors announced
So after a long wait, we finally know who the voice actors of the 5 Idolmaster Cinderella Girls who are getting CDs.
Most are relatively new or haven't had much experience yet. The biggest exception is Saori Hayami. I have high hopes for these new idols. And I wonder if there's going to be a next batch soon...

IM@S ALLSTARS MEDLEY - M@STER VERSION

Ah, how I love medleys. And an IM@S one at that! I can't believe I didn't hear this all those years ago. Now to prowl around for an Idolm@ster 2 version.

CHANGE!!!! and READY!!
Not the anime "READY!!&CHANGE!!!!", but a mashup between the two. And it somewhat unsurprisingly works very well together. READY!! seems for dominant for me, but that could just be my speaker setup.

Idolm@ster 4D:4D:44
Yep, that's some Idolm@ster MMD with dubstep. Lens flare, cool special effects, and other neat things ahoy! Great timing and really nice looking models there. It's like this is some sort of feature reel for MMD, showing off all its cool aspects.

I'm... not even sure what I watched.
Regardless of the interesting content, the video was very nicely produced. Ah, the wonders of MMD. So many interesting ways to use it.

It's a KyoAni Mystery!
Hyouka.
A new mystery anime series, animated by the well regarded Kyoto Animation (or KyoAni for short). Who knows what this series will entail though. Looking forward to that very nice animation quality and voice actor selection.

The Idolmaster Mobile i
Rejoice for all Idolm@ster iPhone users, for there is a game specifically made for them. Location based games, and touch based... interactions galore. Seems like a pretty nice game. Will it hold up to the largely more generic Cinderella Girls? Who knows. But so far, it's looking quite nice.

Idolmaster - Another Who put the Bomp
Yet another "Who put the Bomp" video, obviously in homage to the "original" version. For a second there, I thought this was some crazy edited dance. But upon further investigation, the dance moves were straight from "AI Like Hamburger". Oh man, that song has some funky dance moves.

Cinderella Girl Makoto Kikuchi
Has nothing to do with the Cinderella Girls game.
Quite an old video, but wow, I'm amazed at how this guy does it. Model swapping? Hacking? Incredible video editing skills? However he does it, it's really neat.
Anyways, the video is a really nice showcase of Makoto in a whole bunch of outfits. The theme being "Cinderella". She gets to wear all these nice outfits through magic, as per the song "Mahou wo Kakete" (Cast your Magic). It would be neat if there were showcase videos like this for the DLCs.

39 Party Time 2012
Or at least, it was for two days. The video above is just a trailer.
March 8 and 9, 2012. The great Hatsune Miku and co. do some more amazing concerts in Tokyo. The technology is always wonderful. The songs are moving. Kaito and Meiko finally make their on stage debut with those oh so amazing projector screens. And it is the final 39's Giving Day concert. But do not fret, for perhaps it is the end for that set-list and the start of a new beginning for these Vocaloids.
Anyways, I've only gotten the time to watch parts of the concert online sadly. However, I can already tell that the energy great, if not greater than the previous concerts. Ah, the bliss of hearing Vocaloids is wonderful live musicians. That jazzy Magnet, and the less electronic Ai Kotoba. Dazzling indeed.

Uzuki at 765 Pro
Nico
Pretty nice "novelmaster" of some the IM@S Cinderella Girls. I've yet to watch many of them due to the length and language barrier. I really like how the creator had some of the old 765 idols return with their clothes from CG, like the invitational Haruka, Miki and Yayoi.
The music is from Atelier Rorona apparently. Yet another game I want to try, but will probably not get my hands on for a long time, if ever.

Idolm@ster 0 - Kotori's Story
Well, this is an interesting little video. Made before the anime was aired, it tells the story of Kotori, the office clerk of 765 Productions. Well, more like Kotori, the former idol who is now a office clerk. I'm hoping for some Kotori-centric episode in an OVA or the second season of the Idolm@ster anime.
More Kotori! More awesome songs like "Sora"!

Idolm@ster 2 Cinderella Girls Fan OP
Well, at least it's a fanmade one. Apparently it's a parody of the opening of Daiteikoku, an AliceSoft game. I found it interesting how CamelP mixed the colours of some of the idols up to create certain groupings. I wonder how long this Cinderella Girls phenomenon will grow? I guess we'll have to wait and see how the CDs will sell.

Eri Mizutani has Precog
Couldn't think of a better title.
Anyways, Idolm@ster 2 Eri looks amazing, although the song itself doesn't have too many movements associated with it. Another song that she can sing in her DLC is "shiny smile", although I probably would've liked her version of "Kiramekirari" instead.
Here's hoping that some time in the future there'll be a chance for these songs to be sung by other idols. Or new songs for the Dearly Stars trio. Or any more inclusion of the DS idols. Idolm@ster 3DS/Vita where!?
