Wasting my summer break by watching things I'd rather not play. Great.
I
was apprehensive to play this game, so I just went and watched some
Let's Plays. Makes the experience a bit less scary and a lot more funny.
I'll play the game someday... maybe. Just like how I'll finish Yume
Nikki and play Ao Oni and all those other creepy scary games.

Idolm@ster Episode 26 PV
Well sort of. It's the 26th episode chronologically released, but who knows if this will end up being a big side story for the main show. Anyways, it's good to see some more Idolm@ster again. This thing was revealed in the live show yesterday. Looks to be an episode with many small stories, probably wrapped up in the end. Iori and Yayoi sleep over sounds like a drama CD scene.

Nico Nico Chokaigi Day 2: Live and Idols
Just some random watching again. Mostly watch this, which was mostly a concert featuring the Yuru Yuri girls, Hyadain, some Idolm@ster idols, Nagareda Project, may'n, AeLL (some idol group), Faylan, and probably some others too.
It was quite fun indeed, although I sadly missed part of the Idolm@ster part. They did live voice overs for some fan submitted Novelm@sters (skits sort of visual novel style, unvoiced originally). Then they ended with "READY!!". The Yuru Yuri girls were pretty good. Too bad the stream sound quality wasn't that good, cause most the instruments sounded weird.
Then there's an Aniplex idol event happening. Some about Weiss Scharz, the card game. And also Lawson, the convenience store chain, with Idolm@ster.

Nico Nico Chokaigi Day 1: FIRST NIGHT
Yeah, today was the first day of this huge Nico Nico themed convention. The big event was the FIRST NIGHT concert. Sadly, I didn't spend the $25 dollars on a ticket so I only caught bits and pieces of it. Various acts by Vocaloid producers, Touhou doujin, Idolm@ster idols, JAM Project and a whole bunch of others.
And http://www.chokaigi.jp/ is the site for event info and such.

Natsuiro Kiseki 1: A wishful start to the summer
[the Sphere girls in OP shot doing karaoke stuff -or- the sphere girls as their younger selves]
A great summer adventure featuring the four Sphere idol group girls doing what they do best: being Seiyuu. But really, it seems a tiny bit mystical and lot of slice of life, so that's pretty good. Also, the animation is quite excellent, so that's a plus.
I find it funny how they mention the in-universe "Four Seasons" as being a used-to-be popular idol group, that one of the girls still fangirls over. I feel like this is their way of doing satire about themselves, since I really don't see them that often anymore. Also, I feel their anime songs are better than their normal albums. Perhaps generic anisong is better than generic J-pop.
Anyways this series seems to be a pretty easy watch, so I'll continue watching, if only for the good animation and the Sphere girls.

Ryo Akizuki in a Dazzling World
Quite nice to see this in PS3 quality finally. Somehow he looks more girlish and boyish with these new graphics. Let's wait for the his G4U to come out, before we have a finally verdict.
He also sings Kiramekirari. I haven't heard his version before, and it sounds pretty different from what I'm used to. Still would've liked "shiny smile" more, but oh well.
Now to wait for "HELLO!!" trio DLC, I hope.

Sakamichi no Apollon 1: First Jazz Jam Session
[that jazzy jam session]
That was actually unexpectedly enjoyable. Well, other than me expecting some nice tunes, there was some great character moments and hints of romance everywhere! And here I was expecting some K-on, but jazz. Waiting for the next episode!
